  8.     LOADSTAR 128 is back up in the air, but that seems to be the proper
  9. place for any kind of C-128-related product these days. We who love our C-
  10. 128s are willing to sacrifice and beg to keep it alive, and sometimes it
  11. works. Against all logic, Creative Micro Designs developed the SuperCPU V2
  12. so we could get around the inherent slowness of the stock 128; and now
  13. Maurice Randall has produced WHEELS 128 in order to make Geos workable on
  14. modern four-drive systems.

  16.     In my opinion, every 128 user should be running at 20 MHz and every
  17. Geos user should have WHEELS 128. Without the support of the users, what's
  18. to inspire programmers to continue to write programs for the 128?

  20.     LOADSTAR 128 is still spending money to get the best 128 programs
  21. written and this issue has three good ones, even if one of them is by Knees
  22. Calhoon. You can help us out by renewing your subscription through issue
  23. #42 and by buying our back issues. You can help yourself out by getting a
  24. SuperCPU V2 and WHEELS 128. 1999 could be a fun year for the C-128. Let's
  25. make it so.
